2010 - Jyn is currently working on an extensive audio book recording for an Atlanta non-profit that assists girls and women in getting out of the sex trade industry.

Summer 2008 - Jyn went to Casablanca, Morocco to teach a 2 week film and theatre camp to Arab teens.

Spring 2008 "How We Got Over" cartoon was selected for the Langston Hughes Film Festival in Seattle.

2007 - "The Return" was selected as a finalist for the Coca-Cola Filmmakers’ Award

Jyn currently has 2 commercials running on HGTV and the Food Network.

Jyn won "Best Acting" Award in Atlanta's 72 Hour Faith & Film Festival for her lead role as Dr. Sandra Murray in the short "The Treatment."

" Baku the Travel Bug," which won a Parent's Choice Approval Award this Spring, has been reviewed in Parenting, Scholastic Parent and Child, Booklist and Grand magazines. Another review is slated for the January 2006 issue of Good Housekeeping, which comes out this December.

Jyn is in 3 films that were submitted to Sundance.
